Bookings and cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing our car detailing services. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be either £40 or 25% of the total service cost, whichever is higher. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer who may be on our waiting list.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case where we are able to secure a new customer to fill your appointment slot. If we successfully fill your slot, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. If no replacement booking is found, your deposit will be retained as compensation for the reserved time.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the required 48-hour notice period, the deposit will not be refunded, and any remaining balance of the service will be due in full.
